Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to anyone over the age of 15 years, provided that they have completed the relevant Events NSW survey.
2. To be eligible to win the prize each participant must complete no more than one survey.
3. Only entries received by 12 noon AEDT on 5th August, 2010 will be eligible for a prize.
4. The competition draw will be held at Level 5, 88 George Street, Sydney at 9am on 6th August, 2010.
5. The first person to be drawn will win a i) $100 Gift Basket full of Regional Cuisine products from the Northern Rivers courtesy of the Lismore Visitor Information Centre ii) Dinner for 2 at La Barracca Restaurant in Lismore to the value of $100 and iii) Personalised Lantern created for the winner valued at $100
6. An entrant may only win one prize per competition.
7. Prizes will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.
8. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone immediately after the draw.
9. Events NSW may publish the names of the prize winners on its corporate website.
10. Prizes not claimed within 90 days will be deemed to be void.
11. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at Level 5, 88 George Street, Sydney at 9am on 6th December, 2010.
12. Prize cannot be transferred for cash and/or credit.
13. This competition is held under NSW Permit No. LTPM-10-00466.
