Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to anyone over the age of 15 years, provided that they have completed the relevant Destination NSW survey.
2. To be eligible to win the prize each participant must complete no more than one survey.
3. Only entries received by 23:59 Sunday 11th December 2011 will be eligible for a prize.
4. The competition draw will be held at Level 5, 88 George Street, Sydney at 09:00 Monday 12th December 2011
5. The first randomly drawn respondent will win a registration to the 2012 SPAA Conference valued at AUD$1,650. All expenses associated with attending the 2012 SPAA Conference are the responsibility of the winner including but not limited to travel, meals, accommodation and personal items.
6. An entrant may only win one prize per competition.
7. Prizes will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.
8. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone immediately after the draw.
9. Destination NSW may publish the names of the prize winners on its corporate website.
10. Prizes not claimed within 90 days will be deemed to be void.
11. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at Level 5, 88 George Street, Sydney at 09:00 Monday 12th March 2012
12. Prize cannot be transferred for cash, credit and/or other prizes
13. This competition is held under NSW Permit No. LTPM-10-00466.
